- What is My TND?
My TND is real-time access to your Top Notch account. When logged in, you can view:
- Open Orders
- Tracking Information
- Order History
- I'm logged into My TND, now what?
Once you have access to your My TND Account, a summary of your account will always be shown on top. These details may include:
- Your Company Name
- Billing Address
- Payment Terms
- Total dollar amount purchases
- Last Sale Date
- Last Payment Date
- Open Order Value
- Amount Due
To view your Open or Closed Orders, first click on the blue “+” sign next to “Orders.” You can now click on Status Open or Status Closed. Whichever order status you choose to view, all your open orders will now be listed by date. You can click on the Order Number to view a PDF document of your order details.
Once your open order ships, a Tracking Number will appear under the order. You can click on this number to be directed to the carrier’s website.
To view your valid quotes, click on the blue “+” sign next to “Quotes.” All your valid quotes will be shown.
A Customer has up to 60 days to contact our Customer Service Department to request a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number for any errors on the purchase. Product must be returned within 10 days after receipt of the RGA number. Manager approval is required for any returns after 60 days (subject to a higher restocking fee).
If a Customer orders product incorrectly or cancels an order, Top Notch charges a 25% restocking fee.
Special Orders are not returnable except by Manager approval. Subject to a 50% restocking fee.
In all instances, the product must be returned in saleable condition, in the original packaging, inside a master carton, with the RGA number on the return packaging label. The Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.
- Why was I billed three times for a shipping error?
For inventory purposes, you will be billed for what you originally received but may not have ordered. A credit will then be issued to you when the item is returned. In addition, you will be billed for the original item you ordered but did not receive. To maintain accurate real-time inventory levels, we will issue you a credit for the charge on the item you originally ordered but did not receive. Once your original item is shipped to you, the final and correct charge will be billed to you.
Minimum Order Fee: a $2.00 minimum order fee will be added to all orders under $20.00.
